Today's the Day

Ok well to start off I am going to be focusing on drawing and photography and art journals. Now on another note I am going to show you one of my art journal things and it was a difficult decision but I will for Punk you girl it is their very first challenge and it was anything goes this week/ Something dark. I drew the girl out using black pen and colored her in with pencil crayons and crayons. she even has a tiny dragon wrapped around her ear. The background is a part of an old book and I wanted the text to show through so I drew her first on tracing paper.I will hopefully post again tonight.

Wicked Wednesday Post

Hi guys at Wicked Wednesday! Wow it sure has been a while and for this atc I used a piece of old phonebook for the background along with some pink, purple and yellow paint along with a drawing of a dancer.

Blessed Beltane

OK I am going out getting a haircut and another thing I am going to make some art! I know I haven't produced those images but they are coming soon don't you worry I also looked though my blog yesterday and noticed I missed posting those Christmas pictures but I will fix that too very soon.I wish every one out there that is a Pagan a blessed Beltane and a sneak peek of an image that I am making my own for Beltane. I sadly have no clue as to who the artist is but I honestly will make it my own and if you are the artist I will provide you with credit I have to get making it talk to everyone later! 

Lots of learning!

Wow I think the last time I posted was in March so a quick update I have learned a lot in the past couple of months.One thing I learned  about was wood-burning I really truly enjoy doing that I made a pretty image of a fairy and Michael did learn about this too. Now another thing is I have been taking some time out for me and started learning myself. Another thing I learned was it is really hard to find a cheap apartment. I also made some exciting chocolate roses I am going take some pictures and show I enjoyed eating them so much I only have two left hehehe anyways I am going to be working on myself a little bit longer but I will put those pictures up shortly talk to you all later.

Finally I have obtained my first follower this is so exciting! Anyways an update I am currently taking some time out and focusing on me by getting ready to move and also making a personal journal for myself anyways I will still do orders etc, if you need to me no worries.

Design Team Challenge

Hello Everyone at Delicious Doodles I wish to say I have never entered any of your challenges this my first and I hope to join you all as a team member. For this contest I received special permission to use one of their images by tracing it out onto a  piece of tracing paper it took me 2 hours and so I did this really early in the month but let's just say the cat happened so I chose the crossbones really quick last minute and I know I didn't do their product any justice but I tried and I also misplaced 4 fine tip black markers amongst my packing frenzy so I couldn't quite finish this altered art journal page but here it is,

Possibilites

I know I haven't posted in a while and its because I am moving to hopefully a bigger city with more opportunities. Here is an update where I am with my art I am currently trying to make something for the Delicious Doodles Design Team Challenge and I am possibly going to be on their awesome design team I received permission to trace one of their images because of my current financial strains as well my printer being down. So I hope I win because I would just love to work with such wonderful pieces of art! Anyways a little more about this move and the possibilities for a possible job and better set up and establishing of my business and the image will be posted soon enough for the design team. Since I got to bed yet I am off for now.Night all and for those of you just having their first cup of joe have a great day! 

Wicked Wednesday-Gothic Love

Wicked Wednesday- Add A Charm

Hi all at Wicked Wednesday My ATC for this week has my shaving cream technique on it for the background and I drew a heart onto some tracing paper and then I flipped it the opposite way to make it look cool I don't know if you can tell but their is some pink behind this heart I just couldn't get my camera to show it anyways I hot glued on a piece of belt which I thought looked wicked for Wicked Wednesday.

Wicked Wednesday Atc Challenge-Embellish it!

Hi Everyone I am back again and I drew a cute little what I call a cupcake kitty and I added a little old nail art jewel I found amongst my things I used for the background my own shaving cream technique and I used old canvas again and this is also the piece which had the glitter bottle fall on it while drying so I just left the gold glitter on there. I used some old school pencil crayons to color the little kitty and I also penned the outline with just a normal ballpoint pen.Wicked Wednesday ATC challenge a small note Michael will join us together on Wicked Wednesday from time to time he likes art just as much as me and we share a blog together because we like working together.

Simon Says Stamp and Show-Lace Love Challenge

Hi everyone out there at Simon Says Stamp and Show this project may not be quite completed but here it is anyways I had only one thing to do which was sew but I was afraid I wouldn't get it on time. This is my first post to try Simon Says Stamp and Show. The thing I altered was one of my little notebooks I colored the background with purple and blue pastel and I couldn't help but add a tiny bit of glitter and then I glued down a a piece of a doily Now here is the picture:

Winner of Wicked Wednesday

I won this week's Wicked Wednesday I am so happy and surprised! I finally can get some lovely stamps into my collection and add even more diversity into my art and it is all thanks to the people at Wicked Wednesday . I love that they gave me this wonderful opportunity and I still can't even imagine how many wonderful projects will be done with those stamps. So far my week is going pretty good another thing I would like to mention is that I am working on another two Atc's for Wicked Wednesday again and I am also trying out for another contest the last time I said this I did not come through but this week I will try my hardest to come through on it. The other contest I am trying for is Simon Says Stamp and Show their current theme is Lace Love and the contest ends Sunday. Another thing about my projects all I can say is the glitter bottle fell all over my desk just to hint at what my creations are about to look like.

Now here is my second post for this week I used the same type of canvas piece as last time I changed it up a bit by adding some newspaper tiger stripe designs I colored those in orange and I stuck down a panda sticker which looked really cute and kind of glittery. Hi I am joining you guys at Wicked Wednesday for another chance at a wonderful prize now this week I painted the background of a paint canvas blue and glittered it up with some silver glitter.I also hand drew out the butterfly and did the lettering myself I stuck it down with some double sided tape. Projects This Week

I am currently working on two projects this week one is a vintage themed mini album which is for a contest called Kaboodle Doodles and I will include some two inch by two inch squares in their to enter in another contest called Twinchies and now the final thing I am working on is designing some ATCs for Wicked Wednesday again. Money Saving Tips For Altering Almost Anything!

Since I currently am struggling with money I have been looking for ways to alter things for very little money and I can tell you I have found a lot of things to alter and Supplies. Some of the things I love to work with are:

• Boxes (Weather they are Macaroni and Cheese Boxes to that new deep fryer box you got.) Now the number of the things boxes can be used for are endless I use them for Canvases, Books, Tags, Business Cards, Boxes, Pages for Books and if you want to comment on how you use your boxes I think we can get a lot more out there for people that are looking to alter at a minimal price.
• Wood(Mainly broken pieces of Drawers or Doors) You know how you loved that old piece of furniture and now it is falling apart well I have a solution why not use it for Canvas.
• Chairs I use for two things fabric and stuffing I use the stuffing to make clouds and other things
• Old Clothes you know how that darned zipper broke on that sweater? Or those jeans have a ripped seam all the way up? Use them to wipe your brushes or dabbing paint into that stencil also you can cut off the zippers and use them in pieces.
• Printer Paper I use it for many things Drawing, Doodling, To Protect the Floor,
• Newspaper there is many ways you can use this and once I get some glue again I will show you a few tutorials on how to make wonderful texture Also you can get these free at a lot of places. 
• Double-Sided tape I have used this a lot lately

• Containers(You know the restaurant containers or pickle jars) I have decorated and painted a lot of these to use for storage of my art things they can also be used as a gift

I would like to gather a few people who have made things with similar supplies to email me I will choose someone each week on a Tuesday or Wednesday.
